There were a few insiders who got very excited about the dresses on display. I saw a flurry of activity when Greek designer Katrantzou's dresses took to the catwalk. Pencils were flying on paper, sketches were franticly scribbled and everyone whispered to each other....
There has been quite a buzz about Central Saint Martins graduate, Mary Katrantzou and her wonderful dresses for a while now. She stormed the catwalks last season and produced a stellar collection for Topshop too. But I was blown away by the dresses soon to be hitting the rails at Brown Thomas in Dublin. Structured shift dresses with her usual colorful bursts of intense print. But the photographs do not do the dresses justice.
Create for creating (and helping) an hourglass figure, these dresses are not for the faint of heart. They are turn and look at me, drop dead, in your face gorgeous. You will be looked at. FACT.
